Making a Booking

Most enquiries for Matthews Engineering Training Ltd scheduled courses are handled by e-mail. If you have any technical queries about a course, want to check availability of places, or require a proposal and available dates for a dedicated in-company course, please contact Matthews Engineering Training directly at enquires@matthews-training.co.uk. Alternatively, you can telephone 07732 799351. If we are unavailable, leave a message and we will call you back.

Terms and Conditions

Note that all courses have a limit on delegate numbers and places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Once you have decided to attend a course we will require either advance payment or a company purchase order, depending upon the situation. In most cases, this needs to be received 6 weeks before the course start date. Your places on the course will then be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We accept that delegates have to fit course attendance in with work commitments, however it is necessary to plan delegate numbers if courses are to run reliably and smoothly. We will try hard to accommodate delegates’ requirements; unless stated otherwise, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation > 6 weeks before start date: Full refund.
• Cancellation 4-6 weeks before start date: 30% cancellation charge.
• Cancellation 0-4 weeks before start date: 100% cancellation charge.
• Changes of delegate may be made at any time without charge
